freezing

Not the temperature...food..freezing food...Today is about freezing corn and peaches. Just grow your own, food that is, and put up for the future. Or find a local farmer who sells produce, in this case it was organic food Yea!!..It is impossible to find good food in the mega marts...not to mention chemical poisons being called food...

Husk corn, bring water to a boil in large kettle, blanch for 6-8 minutes, chill in cold water, cut and pack enough for one meal. Put in plastic bags and label, lay separately in freezer for faster freeze. Enjoy best in winter!!

Wash fuzz off peaches, try peeling fruit. If not ripe enough to peel, plunge in boiling water for a minute, fruit will easily peel...pit and slice, add sugar (if desired) pack in bags, label and put in freezer...These taste best slightly frozen...
